Venta Staffing MGMT collects the information you submit through our application, client staffing request, and contact forms so we can review your suitability for staffing opportunities, communicate with you, and operate our business.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

This may include your name, email, phone number, city, availability, experience, preferred roles, résumé, two applicant headshots and one full-body photo, event details, venue, requested staff, guest count, and any information you voluntarily provide.

HOW WE USE IT

We use submitted information to assess applications and submitted application photos, contact candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain our staffing roster, review client staffing requests, and plan event services. We do not sell applicant information.
